Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders under $50)

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like a goalkeeper defends the net. If you’re not completely satisfied, our flexible returns policy has you covered.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Face Masks with opened packaging
  • Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
  • Body Armour showing signs of wear or use
  • Goalkeeper Gloves that have been used on the field

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request” and include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Send to our Indianapolis facility (return shipping at your expense unless the return is due to our error):

Step 5: Receive Refund/Exchange

Processing begins immediately upon receipt.

Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
